An HMS American Cultures collaborative production

The Hale Rocket was the first spin stabilized rocket used in war battles. It was created by a British inventor named William Hale. This rocket was a new and improved version of the Congreve rocket. The difference between the two rockets was that the Hale rocket was significantly more accurate because of the curved tail fins at the back of the rocket instead of the previous rockets guide stick.
